Pay $95/month
Includes:
- Unlimited yoga (Indoor, Virtual)
- Access to On Demand pre-recorded yoga classes
Fundraising events not included
Auto renews each month.
Can be cancelled any time. Request to cancel must be made 7 days before next payment date.
Can no be shared or transferred
Membership renews on the same day of each month, based on your original purchase. If your initial purchase was made on the 7th, you will be charged the 7th of each month going forward.

Payment Methods

Membership Holds

Valid for all classes (In Studio, Virtual)
May be shared by more than one person.
Can not be refunded, but can be transferred to another account on the request of the purchaser

Expiration

5 Class Pass expires 2 months from the date of purchase
Expired cards can be reinstated for a month at the cost of $20
Expired cards sold at a special price (summer special, year end special) can not be extended

All Auto Renew memberships have now been reactivated. They can be cancelled at any time upon request.
All Class Passes have been extended. Passes active during our Spring 2021 closure have been extended until September 30, 2021. After that time, our pass extension policy will apply.

All Drop In payments are non-refundable
If you cancel your reservation before the cut off, your drop in will remain on your account to use in the future. This time will be indicated on your booking email.
Drop In credits remain valid on your account for 1 year.
Drop In credits can be transferred to another client upon request.

All payment options for yoga classes & workshops are non-refundable.
Class Passes & Workshops, excluding Student Pricing, are transferable at the request of the purchaser of the pass. Calgary Hot Yoga will only transfer the pass to the new recipient. Any agreement between the two parties in regards to payment for the pass must be handled apart from Calgary Hot Yoga.
Memberships & Unlimiteds are non-transferable.
Merchandise can be returned, if in re-saleable condition, when returned within 14 days of purchase.

In Studio Classes

Please continue to book your visits online to guarantee your spot.
You can save a spot on our schedule page or through the Calgary Hot Yoga App.
Online sign in closes 15 minutes before class starts.
You can cancel your booking before the cut off without penalty. This time is indicated on your booking email.
Booking is available up to 7 days in advance.
Reservations and cancellations can not be made over the phone or email.
Plan to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class starts to claim your reservation. If there is a wait list, your spot may be given to someone waiting.
2 or more no-show or late cancels during a 7 day period will result in a penalty for each class:
- $15 charge for Auto Renew or Intro Pass members
- The loss of the Drop-in or visit on a Class Pass.

Virtual Classes

You must save your spot ahead of time to be able to get access to the class link.
You can save a spot on our schedule page or through the Calgary Hot Yoga App.
Online sign in closes 15 minutes before class starts.
There is no penalty to cancel a booking or not show for class.
Booking is available up to 7 days in advance.
Reservations and cancellations can not be made over the phone or email.
An email will be sent to the email address we have on your account with details to access the class. Please make sure you have accepted emails from Calgary Hot Yoga and that we have a correct address.

Penalties

All yoga services from Calgary Hot Yoga must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Liability Release form, that they have no physical limitations preventing them from participation.
Minimum age for participation is 14 years of age. All applicants under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio.
All applicants release Calgary Hot Yoga, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding; 1) any loss or damage to personal property, and 2) any injury to self or child.
Calgary Hot Yoga reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion by updating this website. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
