Our Classes

26&2

Skill Level: Beginner
Temperature: Hot

This class is the best example of the tension and release aspect of a Ghosh yoga practice. Move into the posture, be still in the posture, release the posture, all while maintaining mindfulness and breath. No easy feat!

Strength in Movement

Skill Level: Beginner
Temperature: Hot

Take your major joints and muscles through their normal range of motion. When the body is functioning properly, these movements can feel simple. When there is injury, disease or imbalance in the body this can very challenging.

Ghosh Flow

Skill Level: Intermediate
Temperature: Hot

Ghosh Flow honours the traditional Ghosh Yoga salutes: the Moon Salute, Sun Salute and Gods and Goddesses. Ghosh Flow classes will always have a combination of these powerful, energizing Salutes to warm the body and move the energy.

Pure Yin

Skill Level: Beginner
Temperature: Cool

The Pure Yin classes will begin to work the connective tissues in the body that need to be exercised in a different way. 95% of Yin poses are floor poses and we generally hold each pose anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes or more! A great class to calm the body, work with the breath and prepare for meditation.

26 Expanded

Skill Level: Intermediate
Temperature: Hot

This class is the bridge between the 26&2 and The 84 Full Series. We will use our discipline, build the strength, and begin to put the pieces together to advance our practice.  We create the ‘next step’ of the 26&2 postures and begin to experience why we practice those postures in such a precise way.

84 Full Series

Skill Level: Advanced
Temperature: Hot

This practice takes a minimum of 2 hours to complete and we  will draw on the discipline we  have created. A strong familiarity with the 26 classes (26&2 and Expanded) is essential. If you are still getting acquainted with the postures, take your time to develop discipline and get to know those postures in your tissues.
