SCHEDULE AND RATES: All classes drop-in, No registration is required. All levels welcome. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to class time. Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water bottle to each class. (please bring 2 towels if planning on using the showers, one for class, one for showering). We have mats available for rental ($1.00) and water available for sale. Classes start right on time and doors close at class start, no late arrivals are possible. Hope to see you soon at a yoga class!

Rates GST not included in price (except for the drop-in). Class cards are non-refundable, but will gladly be extended if notification given prior to expiration date. Student discount of 10% available on all class cards.
