There are a few limitations on who can redeem our Groupon Deal. You CAN redeem it if:
- You have NEVER been to Calgary Hot Yoga
- You have NOT PRACTICED here in the last 12 months.
If you are unsure if you have practiced in the last year, you can login to your account my clicking ‘My Account’ above and retrieving your account.
For those of you who are regulars at the studio and not able to redeem the Groupon, don’t worry! We will be having many deals and savings through the summer months just for you!
They can not. The person redeeming must use the visits only.
Your Groupon will need to be redeemed within 4 months of purchase. Once redeemed:
- 5-Class Pass is valid for 1 month.
- 10-Class Pass is valid for 2 months.
Groupon passes can not be extended or shared.
Easiest way is to redeem it online! Click here to create your account and redeem your Groupon.
NOTE: The number you need to enter is the Groupon Number. It’s long, starts with “LG-“. It is case sensitive and needs the dashes included.
If you recently purchased your Groupon (with the last 24 hours), their info may not be linking with ours yet. If your redemption code isn’t working, try again in a few hours.
If you don’t want to wait, just come in! Bring a copy of your voucher either printed out or show on your phone.
You can request a full refund from Groupon directly.
If your Groupon is passed the expiry, still bring it in. The amount you paid now acts as a gift card which you can put towards the item it was intended.
For example, if you bought the 10-class pass, you can use the amount you paid as a credit towards buying a 10-class pass in studio.
