Hot 26 is a sequenced class of 26 classic postures based on the Classic 84 Asanas. These postures are designed to address every muscle, organ and joint in the body, strengthening the spine, stimulating the internal organs, detoxifying the entire system and opening the heart!
Perfect class for first timers as well as long time yoga enthusiasts.

Hot Flow classes are dynamic, energizing classes that get the blood pumping! Linking breath with movement these classes will strengthen the body, develop concentration and clear the mind. Each class can be different based on each instructor’s style and plan for the class.

We are used to working the muscles of the body, but there is so much more to flexibility and health! The Pure Yin classes will begin to work the connective tissues in the body that need to be exercised in a different way. Yin classes are room temperature and not sequenced. 95% of Yin poses are floor poses and we generally hold each pose anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes or more! A great class to calm the body, work with the breath and prepare for meditation.

For the non-heated (25-30C) Yin portion, the body is supported by props in long static holds. These holds are designed to work the deeper connective tissues of the body. Tendons, ligaments and also stressing the fascia that covers the entire body.
As the class moves into Yang, we begin to energize and heat the space (40C)! The breath is incorporated and the body begins to move and flow. Here is where we begin to work the more external parts of our bodies as we strengthen muscle and release it’s tension.
Room Temp: Start of non-heated (25C) and the heat increases during class (40C).

Wise yogis say that our hips are the fountain of youth! Tap into a more youthful you with this invigorating hip opening and strength building flow.
Hot Hips classes are based on the Hot Flow class with a focus on poses to open and stabilize our hips and pelvis. Sun Salutations, balancing, triangles and with an intention and focus on our hips.
Hot Hips is for all levels, we will meet you where you are at. Remember, you can rest whenever you need!

In the early morning, it can take awhile for the body to get moving, and for the mind to catch up. We keep these 6AM classes at a calmer energy level. This flow will leave you awake and energized to start your day.

Fusion classes are taken from both the Hot 26 and Flow classes.
This practice will loosen, strengthen and tone muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress. It is also intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body.
