Hot yoga postures address every bodily system including the digestive, respiratory, circulatory, immune, endocrine, lymphatic, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems. It stretches and strengthens every muscle, ligament and joint in the body. The postures work synergistically and cumulatively to warm up the muscles and joints for the next posture--working the organs, glands and nervous system in a systematic way. Thus, returning the body into balance.

All classes are held in a heated studio where the temperature is a HOT 100 - 105 degrees. The heat allows you to warm your entire body in order to obtain maximum benefits and forces you to sweat out toxins while working deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments.

If practiced regularly, hot yoga will reduce many symptoms of chronic illness and unite the mind, body and spirit. Students are advised to work at their own pace and to use the energy of the group setting to empower each session. The hot yoga series is a challenging yet doable workout that is appropriate for ALL levels. Benefits include: increased flexibility, strength and balance, weight loss, defined muscle tone, improved energy, and a slowed aging process. In summary, hot yoga is an excellent all-around practice to enjoy for the rest of your life.

First Time to our studioAll classes are drop in all levels welcome.  Doesn't matter if you've never done yoga, been practicing for years, or spent many years as serious or weekend athletes (running, hockey, racket, golf...etc...etc...etc).   Everyone benefits from stay at home mom's to world class athletes.  We each work at our own pace, and all have our own individual limitations and strengths.   It is easy to start at anytime and classes are designed to integrate new students with those who've been practicing longer.

We Offer two styles of yoga at our studio.  Traditional (standard) hot yoga classes which work every muscle, joint, gland, organ of the body for a complete healing practice for the body.  The other style we offer is Hot Vinyasa Flow.  Based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste.  Both are wonderful healing practices.  Some people find the flow class a bit more challenging, in the beginning but all levels are welcome at either class, anytime.
