Yoga Intensive

& Teacher Training Course.

(100 Hr Course)

We are once again conducting our very popular yoga intensive and teacher training course.  In this course the focus is on learning about hot yoga (postures, benefits, alignments, theory, etc) but it is also about challenging ourselves in our yoga practice and in life.   Taking the next step to explore yoga more deeply, and also taking the time to find clarity about who we are and what we want to create in our lives.  

Typically about 1/2 of those attending want to learn more about yoga and to understand/improve their yoga practice, and 1/2 would like to explore the possibility of teaching.   Either way it is an amazing journey full of challenges, connections and expanding energy!!

During the course we conduct posture clinics from both Vinyassa Flow and Standard Hot postures and sequences.  You will receive individual feedback to understand how to align and correct the postures for your specific body.  Overcome challenges and move deeper into your practice.  

You will have the opportunity to practice teach and share your knowledge with others.

During this intensive you will learn more about yoga and yourself.  You will uncover more clarity, personal power, self-acceptance, inner peace and discover more about your true nature and gifts.  We believe as people (and yoga teachers) the more authentic we are the happier we are and the more we can contribute to the world.    During this course you will also discover if teaching yoga is right for you and have a strong base for moving forward as a yoga instructor if you choose.

CHY has been conducting Yoga Intensives/Teacher Trainings over the past 5 years turning out some of the best Hot Yoga teachers in Alberta (and beyond....from Kelowna to New York!).     We have an excellent reputation for  developing strong, compassionate and knowledgeable Hot Yoga instructors.
