CONDUCTED BY:
Kim McMullen is the owner and operator of Calgary Hot Yoga.   Kim opened the first Hot Yoga Studio in Alberta 9 years ago and continues to actively teach and operate the studio today.   She has been conducting teacher training courses for over 5 years with graduates from the course teaching all over Canada and beyond, some now own and operate their own studios.  Kim is one of only a few people in Alberta who has trained extensively with both Bikram Choudhruy and Baron Baptiste and understands the history and lineage behind all of the "hot yoga" styles being taught today.  Kim specializes in training only in the hot yoga styles, as teaching a hot yoga class requires different knowledge, skills and energies then a "non heated" yoga.    Kim's passion is to support people in living more fulfilling and meaningful lives.   She is passionate about yoga, and even more passionate about seeing and accepting everyone for who they are and helping people break through barriers to create more of what they want in their lives.
